Mexican Riviera part UNO!!

So I do not overwhelm you with the pictures and stories galore about the trip. I will just go day by day.. Or maybe two days at a time depending on what we did.

We packed up and headed out Saturday (2-19) and drove in our three car caravan to California. Once in Nevada, we made our usual trip to Bass Pro Shoppe before we headed to Primm to spend the night.
We hung out at Bass Pro for a good hour or longer. While there we decided that we would purchase a new neighborhood boat. We thought we looked way to good in it for us NOT to get it. So we splurged...

Of course we needed some beautiful sun-hats to go with our new boat.. So we decided to get some matching ones! Do we not look absolutely fabulous in these beauties??

After trying on our hats and purchasing our boat, there was only one thing missing. A good looking-tan outdoorsman. Well, do not worry! We found the perfect one!

We were famished after this excellent shopping venture. So onto Primm we went. We pulled in, and there were cars EVERYWHERE! It was so busy, we had to park clear out in no-wheres-ville. Once we were inside, we headed to check in. My dad had reserved four non-smoking rooms right next to one-another. Well, they didn't have our non-smoking rooms open. And the rooms they did have were not next to eachother. We already were kind of annoyed. We got up to our rooms. They stunk! Shaylee, Terrika, Kayla, and I had our own room. So we went in tried to turn on the air or open a window... NOTHING! So we just dealt with the smell and started to watch some of the All-Star shooting competitions. After a few minutes, Josh came in and then Lori came in. We were sitting around waiting for everyone else to come so we could head on down to dinner.

Everyone else got there and knocked on the door. We went to open it.... And.... We were locked IN our room! Most people get locked out of their room, but no we have to be different and get locked IN our room instead!

For about 45 minutes we had the rest of the clan outside of our door. They kept telling us to try the dead bolt. They were driving us nuts! I mean c'mon?! We all know how to run a dead bolt! We were legitimately locked in! The front desk called to see if we were ok and if it was an emergency.. Well, our a/c didn't work and we were all starving. So we really wanted to get out. They asked if we were going to the concert? Umm... apparently a concert constitutes as an emergency, but not 6 people stuck in a hot and tiny room.

Well we were finally let out and we made our way down to wait for another probably at least 30 minutes waiting for food. It was a very entertaining, interesting, not so fun of an evening. We got our buffet, ate alot, and then went to ride the roller coaster.
